Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used lashes, adhesives, and beauty tools are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale.
